People often ask me why I always choose to live east of Brisbane. Actually, I'm just overwhelmed by the surrounding area. The only detached houses with large lots that I saw last year, priced between $500,000 and $600,000, were in Cleveland and Capalaba. So, I personally enjoy looking at properties in those areas.
I saw a report today that revealed there are still 600,000 houses in Australia, and Capitol Hill and Cleveland are on the list. So, everyone should be smart about their choices.
Capalaba is actually only a 30-minute drive from Brisbane City. Compared to other areas on the list, it has more advantages.
