Today I'd like to introduce a suburb in northern Brisbane, namely Bracken Ridge. This area is among the top ten areas with the highest property price increases, and from what I've seen, the environment is definitely great. It has a very new library, the place is huge and beautiful, and the residents are of very high quality—they are all very polite and well-mannered.
The area also has a very large park, and the whole area feels very peaceful and nice. Friends who are thinking of buying a house can take a look at this area. The median price for a 4-bedroom house is said to be 650,000, but from what I've seen, most are priced at 800,000.
