A three-bedroom brick house with a large plot of land costs 650,000, but it has a fatal flaw!

It was Saturday morning, another workday for me. I was helping a client look at properties in the area and happened to see this one.

Let me tell you about this listing. The Agent property looks pretty standard (see the first photo). It's a three-bedroom brick house on 777 square meters of land, and the price is quite reasonable. You won't find properties like this in Brisbane within a 30-minute drive of the city.

But seeing it in person is another story. The house actually has the advantage of being high up, with the front entrance overlooking the rooftops across the street. The problem, however, is that the driveway is incredibly steep, making it quite inconvenient to enter and exit.

Another fatal flaw is the sloping front garden, which actually occupies 200-300 square meters of land. You can see it from the aerial view. The aerial view also shows the red contour line, which is 5 meters off from front to back.

So, in this current situation, it's strange to offer such a low price. I have some photos of this house, if you're interested, please PM me.
