星期六朝早,又係我嘅工作天。嗰日幫個客去呢區睇樓,順便睇埋呢間。
同大家講吓呢個盤,睇AGENT既相係正正常常(第一張),三房嘅磚屋,大地777SQM,而且價錢仲好抵添。喺成個 Brisbane 30分鐘車程去到City嘅,其實都冇咩呢啲價位啦。
不過睇現場又係另外一回事啦。呢間屋其實佢個好處就係高地勢,正門係俯瞰對面屋頂嘅。但係問題佢條 Driveway真係好斜好斜,我自己覺得出入就好唔方便啦。

另一個致命傷,一個咁斜嘅前園,呢其實佔左地皮都200-300SQM. 大家可以睇下俯瞰圖就明。俯瞰圖仲有紅色 Contour線,前後都差成5米。
所以呢個時勢,開價開得平,都係有古怪。呢間屋我都有啲片,有興趣可PM。
