呢間個agent完全無文字描述,但係佢用圖片去說明一切。佢畫咗一張幻想圖係一開三,叫價1.5M- 2M。
Wynum 係半年前 1:2 既盤都已經 叫都1.39M了。如果呢個1:3嘅地1.5M買到係真係好抵爛啦。 但我見到間屋咁既樣,多手去望一望啦,原來1946年之前已經起好左係度啦。
