Brisbane has been experiencing heavy rain for days, with flooding and road closures all around. Many agents have cancelled open homes due to the heavy rain.
People are bluer now! Moreover, cloudy and rainy days will greatly reduce the lighting in the room. Can't we show the "most natural" side of the room?
Saturday has always been my regular property viewing day.
I originally planned to view three properties, but they all got canceled. But one property remained open! So, of course, I immediately rushed over to check it out! (It was raining, so I went to check for leaks.)
This house is located in Underwood. It is a typical 3/4 bedroom detached house. The recent transaction price is $700,000.
Even-numbered streets on this street are on the high side. If they're not on the high side, they're definitely better! This one is so high that it slopes all the way from the back garden to the driveway, but I personally don't like that.
Although the land is large, with an area of 782m2, it is too sloping, which reduces its practicality. If you want to set up a trampoline in the garden for children to play, or add a swimming pool, it may not be possible.
If you think about it more deeply, carrying a lawn mower up the stairs and slopes to mow the grass every week is a huge project!
