I've been busy with several projects lately and haven't had much time to post anything. But I've been watching it all day and taking lots of notes and photos. I'll share them with everyone later when I have time.

Today I'm sharing this picture. Buying a property in Brisbane is different from buying one in Hong Kong: the orientation. Here, you'd choose one facing north for a cool breeze. But a house has four sides, so which one faces north first? I'd choose a backyard + living room. (But my house has a north-facing entrance.))
