4.10%\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u958b\u767c\u5546\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u4e26\u975e\u55ae\u4e00\u6210\u672c\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6574\u9ad4\u8cc7\u91d1\u6210\u672c\u4ecd\u7136\u504f\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82e5\u518d\u770b\u5efa\u7bc9\u50f9\u683c\uff0cABS \u7684 Producer Price Index \u986f\u793a\uff0c2025 \u5e74\u7b2c\u56db\u5b63\u5168\u6fb3 house construction prices \u6309\u5b63\u4e0a\u5347 1.5%\u3001\u6309\u5e74\u4e0a\u5347 2.3%\uff1b\u800c\u300c\u5176\u4ed6\u4f4f\u5b85\u5efa\u7bc9\u300d\u50f9\u683c\u6309\u5e74\u5347 3.6%\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6606\u58eb\u862d\u6309\u5e74\u5347\u5e45\u66f4\u9054 6.4%\u3002\u63db\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u8ce3\u50f9\u4e0d\u8b8a\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u6210\u672c\u672c\u8eab\u4ecd\u5728\u4fb5\u8755\u5229\u6f64\u3002(<a 27%\u3002\u5c0d\u958b\u767c\u5546\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457 builder\u3001subcontractor \u8207\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u7d55\u975e\u62bd\u8c61\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u73fe\u5be6\u5e02\u5834\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002(<a \u4e0d\u662f\u300c\u5927\u6982\u8cfa\u5e7e\u591a\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u628a\u6574\u500b\u76e4\u6578\u62c6\u958b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82e5\u7528\u9999\u6e2f\u8ca1\u7d93\u8853\u8a9e\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cFeasibility \u7684\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u628a\u9805\u76ee\u7684 <strong>\u6536\u5165\u7aef\u3001\u6210\u672c\u7aef\u3001\u69d3\u687f\u7aef\u8207\u6642\u9593\u7aef<\/strong> \u5168\u90e8\u91cf\u5316\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u5f97\u51fa\u9019\u500b\u76e4\u5230\u5e95\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7684<strong>\u5b89\u5168\u908a\u969b<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6700\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u300c\u6703\u5426\u8cfa\u9322\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u662f\u5426\u7ad9\u5f97\u4f4f\u8173<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Feasibility \u7684\u8d77\u9ede\uff0c\u662f <strong>GDV\uff08Gross Development Value\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u5373\u9805\u76ee\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c\u7684\u7e3d\u92b7\u552e\u984d\u6216\u7e3d\u50f9\u503c\u3002\u9019\u662f\u6574\u4efd\u76e4\u6578\u7684\u6536\u5165\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4f60\u8a08\u5283\u8208\u5efa 4 \u9593 townhouse\uff0c\u82e5\u6bcf\u9593\u9810\u8a08\u552e\u50f9\u70ba 195 \u842c\u6fb3\u5143\uff0c\u5247\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GDV = 4 \u00d7 195 \u842c = 780 \u842c\u6fb3\u5143<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u554f\u984c\u5728\u65bc\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u9805\u76ee\u5f9e\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u5df2\u7d93\u51fa\u932f\u3002\u5e38\u898b\u554f\u984c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
