Don&#039;t miss out if you&#039;re looking to buy property in Australia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the latest data from PropTrack&#039;s Residential Price Index for August, house prices rose by 0.31% in the month, marking the 20th consecutive month of price increases. Over the past 12 months, house prices have risen by a total of 6.41%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capital city price growth continues to outpace regional markets, a trend that has persisted for a year, driven primarily by residential property prices. Capital city home values are, on average, 6.8% higher than in August 2023, while regional values are 5.4% higher. This reflects strong buyer demand for homes in metropolitan areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With competition for property becoming increasingly fierce, finding affordable property in Australia\u2019s major cities is becoming increasingly difficult.
